No, the maximum of liquid you can take is 100 mL.
The basic regulations as quoted by the airlines:
Quote
All liquids, aerosols or gels such as drinks, creams, perfumes, sprays, gels, toothpaste, lip gloss and mascaras must be in individual containers not greater than 100ml in volume
All containers must be carried in a re-sealable transparent plastic bag no larger than one litre (approximately 20cm x 20cm or 8 inches x 8 inches)
Only one bag is permitted per passenger
The plastic bag must be sealed and presented separately from all other carry-on baggage at the screening point
Liquids in containers of more than 100mls can be packed in your checked in baggage.

As you can see, if you can’t comply with the above, the gift pack will need to be placed into your checked baggage. However, please also note that most airlines do not accept responsibility for glass containers that are broken in transit when they are placed into checked baggage. So, pack your gift set well with plenty of cushioning

well, if you are buying your perfume gift sets at the airport in duty free store then you have no other way than to put it in your carry on. it depends on where you are traveling and if you have any lay overs. for example, i was flying to Ukraine and had a lay over in Amsterdam. so they would not let me bring the stuff that I bought in MN on the plane- it should be liquid or perfume from Amsterdam airport- they seal the package after you make your purchase. I think t happened because Ukraine is not in the EU.
but if you can just put your presents- gift sets in your checked luggage- just do it- do not think something will happen to it- just make sure it is in the middle- so it doesn’t break
