My latest obsession is with colognes and I bought all 10 of the ones mentioned in “So you want to start wearing cologne” guide on amazon.com, plus a few others. They haven’t all arrived yet, but I have to say that this cologne is awesome. It’s a brighter and more cheery scent (if there is such a thing) than Cool Water which is also pretty dern good, and less citrusy than Tommy. The price is pretty mid-range for the designer colognes and both my wife and I love it. It is not pretentious, more fun-loving and great for all occasion wear and lasts a long time. The high notes last maybe 2-3 hours but the lingering scent is fine all on its own. I am going through this much quicker than the others with Candies being a close second. If you’re willing to spend the money get this one, if you’d like to spend ten or fifteen bucks less for another great one get CANDIES which is more spicy but still awesome as well. I liked this one so much that I have HUGO DARK BLUE on its way and look forward to reviewing it for you. Hope this helps!

Hugo Boss is definitely an interesting and yummy cologne for men. I bought Gio Armani for husband in the past. However, the price for a small bottle turned us away from it. The size of the bottle and the price makes this a great value.
One word of caution is to go easy with the amount that you spray on. It is potent. My husband normally squirts 3 sprays onto his neck. He started out with one spray and it is strong. The aroma lasts all day. It is sweet and spicey which makes it unique.
While I was nervous to buy a cologne without testing it first, it was a no-brainer after reading reviews on other websites. You will not regret purchasing this cologne!

I’ve been all over when it comes to colognes. Ranging from the regular Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy, and various Avon types that my Mother has gotten as demo’s and/or very cheap being a rep. Each of the above brands I have tried varying types from each and many more that I cannot name at the moment.
Anyways, to the thoughts on the actual product… It has a very pleasant that reminds me a lot of cinnamon. I can best describe its power by using this analogy, say you spray a very heavy dose of 5 sprays. Now with other colognes your going to be asked to leave the room, with this cologne its more potent but not as offensive. For example, say someone lights 5 candles vs spraying 5 cans of aerosol air freshener.
If your looking for something that everyone in your office will know what your wearing when you pull into the parking lot then this isn’t your fragrance. If on the other want it to be noticeable when you sit down by the people beside you then this is your fragrance. I would consider this a much sweeter and milder version of the regular Hugo by Hugo Boss that is so popular. Another similar but slightly spicier smelling cologne you may wish to consider if you like this is Lacoste Pour Homme By Lacoste. Another favorite of mine in my picky collection.

This is not the product I wanted. I clicked a link from the product I wanted (3.3 oz. Hugo Boss #6)offering what I thought was the same thing in 1.7 oz. size. The product photo was the same as in the previous screen, but the product changed. I ordered it thinking I was getting the right thing. It wasn’t. I notice now that the photo shown here matches Boss by Hugo Boss now and it no longer shows the bottle of Hugo Boss #6. Amazon won’t admit any responsibility. Still awaiting credit and am stuck with paying shipping both ways for the wrong product. Not happy. You’ve lost me as a customer.

Hugo by Hugo Boss is unique enough to warrant compliments whenever you put it on, but still light enough for everyday use. A little bit goes a long way and the scent will stay with you all day. My last bottle went almost a full year before going empty, and that was with constant use. My favorite cologne!!

I just bought it and it has come with an empty bottle and the box without gelatin… I was shocked. Plus I cannot return the item and there is even no smell in the hollow. Manufacturing error !!!

I’m giving this product 4-stars only for one reason. Not EVERYONE loves this product as much as I do. Some just think its way to powerful with the citrus smell. However, if you like smelling like you can be eaten like an orange. Then I do recommend.

My Girlfriend had gotten me this cologne while she was in Europe and i had never been a big fan of cologne. I am now.
A scent is hard to describe but I’ll do my best. Its sweet smelling but at the same time has a lighter smell. Either way You need to smell this for yourself it’s amazing.
The bottle design is very trendy looking and many people had to ask what it was.
All in all i’m a very big fan of this scent.
Since getting this i have become i big fan of Hugo Boss

This is one of my preferred scents. It is quite sweet and some people just wont like it as it has a strong smell. After some months you’ll find the little tube that brings the fragance up gets stucked I believe because of the sweetness of it. Since then it has been quite a problem to finish it. I had to take the cap off and try to puch the little tube with my nail in order to take the last drops out of the bottle.
I recommend if you bu it, to use it as fast as possible to avoid what happened to me.
